I am a pet friendly person who has been fostering cats for 4+ years. Mostly they have been friend's cats or rescue cases. Have taken care of cats with medical conditions like rectal prolapse surgery, hip fracture, fever, deworming, getting rid of tick and flee etc. I'm at walking distance from
Peteazy Pet Clinic with 24/7 emergency facility with really good Vets. If required I can do basic grooming which includes bathing and nail clipping like a pro but only prefer doing it when cat has gotten really comfortable around me or if it's really required. Most important thing is I only take 3 booking at a time currently or a pair of siblings in each room so that they can have my complete attention and it also helps me avoid any territorial tension. I live in a 2 bhk apartment with each room with glass doors making perfect place for them to watch birds. I prefer pet parents provide cat's own stuff so that they can get comfortable with their own smell around the house and their own food to avoid any dietary changes as too many changes for cats might add on stress (food can be also be provided at added cost) . I let them roam freely in house/room to be more comfortable until they are instructed to be caged due to any medical reason or being really aggressive/destructive. I'm perfectly fine if you prefer to feed raw meat to your pet.
I have decent experience with Desi to Persian cats and open to any other smaller pets apart from big dogs (due to space restriction) and reptiles.

I would encourage people to sign a contract per service to have better clarity for both the parties of their responsibilities rather than over voice or***instructions.

*Mandatory Doc1ents to share for check in:*

1# Fur kid's medical doc1ents, soft copy eg. Yearly check up record, vaccination, deworming, neuter/spay certificate, any health condition diagnosed *(Mandatory)*
2# Your Adhaar card's soft copy *(Mandatory)*
3# Petbacker Form *(Mandatory)*

Mandatory Things to do before handover:
1# Trim *(Mandatory)* and Grind (optional) NAILS. If you'll skip this, it will end up me being cautious to avoid physical injury, means less interaction/play with cat and ***% chances of damage which you'll end up PAYING for, other than normal stay charges.
2# Apply (tick and flea) Spot On and SHARE it's pic *(Mandatory)* you need to prioritize your own kid's health and others who'll be coming here.
3# Share as much as you can about your kid be it a good or bad a habit, eating habit, routine, play, treat, anything you feel is must for me to know so that I can make your kid's stay comfortable and will try to make it a fun stay depending on when they'll start trusting me or relax around me.

Things to send with your kid:
1# Litter box 24"*(Mandatory)* with fresh litter and a scoop of used litter (just to let cat know where to go with help of smell)
Sending small tub means they won't be comfortable and will end up pooping/urinating outside.
2# Scratcher, exactly same as the 1 being used at home vertical/horizontal. *(Mandatory)*
Please don't say your cat doesn't use it as it's their basic instinct if they are not using scratcher you bought then they are using something else pay attention to as it can be a doormat or any rough texture furniture.
3# Don't send whole box/large pack of food just the amount required for stay. If you wish to be cautious then may be 1 or 2 days extra food. Eg. If stay requires 6 pouches you may send 8 or if it's dry food and your cat cons1es 1 cup of dry food daily then send 2 cup extra in a zip lock bag, nothing more than that.
4# Food and Water Containers ( I do have spare but better to have things the way they get at home)
5# Treat, do explain how you give it and 2 variety are more than enough.
6# Cat Bed or a Blanket(winter) /bedsheet(s1mer) (with cat's smell on it i.e. The 1 they use or rub it on their body. I let cats sleep with me on my bed but not every cat will be willing for it from day 1 and will seek for something comforting and nothing can be more reassuring than their own smell)
7# Favourite Toy (only if it comforts your kid or else I have plenty)
8# Food and Litter can be provided too at added cost.
*NOTE:*
This listing is for comfortable and clean stay where your cat pee and poops in their litter box. Extra WORK means Extra CHARGES.
WILL DOUBLE the NORMAL CHARGES if your pet is a POOP PLAYER , URINATE ANYWHERE APART FROM LITTER BOX or HAVE ANY HEALTH ISSUES like diarrhoea, vomits and needs CONSTANT CLEANING or medical observation.
**NEVER handover me cat in HEAT without declaring as daily charges for non NEUTERED /SPAYED are DOUBLE for EXTRA CLEANING & SLEEP DEPRIVATION.
***Any DAMAGE of PERSONAL PROPERTY or PHYSICAL INJURY caused by pet will be PAID by PET PARENT.
****NEVER try to ABANDON your pet at my boarding I'll handover all your details to local 6AL NGOs/ACTIVISTS and POLICE.
*Booking cancellation by Customer:* If a pet parent cancels a booking within 24 hours of booking, I will refund ***% of the fees.
For any cancellation request made post 24 hours of booking then only refund 50% of the total fees will be refunded.
Last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before booking begins or if it's a last minute booking cancellation) is non refundable.
For no show with no cancellation requested, the full amount of the booking will be fortified.
*Cancellations by Service Provider:* If I'll have to cancel booking I will refund the ***% fees paid by the pet parent.
*Delays:* If a pet owner/parent delays pet pickup beyond the booking time, I'll charge extra fees for another day of Service.
*Third party pickup:* If a relative/friend/acquaintance or any third person pickup pet other than pet parent, he/she will be required to provide a visual proof (an image) of the pet being boarded/picked up with an express consent via an email. Further, in case of delay in pickup from the original pickup time by the third party, I'll charge an extra fee of 1 day for the Service availed by the pet parent.
I started fostering after loosing my own cat and having no heart to replace her. I have decent experience with Desi to Persian cats and open to any other smaller pets apart from dogs as I stay on 4th floor without lift in a 1bhk builder's floor. I believe dogs need more space than what I have for their activities and energy. Limited Space is also one of my reasons for 2 cats or siblings at a time rule.
