Jen’s Basic Grooming @ Broadacres

My name is Jennifer. I grew up on a farm, which meant that I was always surrounded by animals and I still am. Our animals all form part of our big happy family. I am very comfortable around animals.
I live with seven dogs, three cats and a handful of horses. My dogs are all mix breeds and live happily on our plot with the freedom to roam. Our doggies get taken on walks, often off the lead but we will put the lead on when out in public spaces that require dogs to stay on lead. We tend to take our dogs where ever we can and so far their favorite place has been the mountains!
My service stands out because I have been around animals my whole life and thus have the ability to identify when something minor is off with the dog and do not panic under stressful situations. I am not timid of animals and therefore I am comfortable working all sorts of animals. I am comfortable administrating medication if need be. I have experience with house-sitting and pet-sitting, I have regular customers who have dogs and cats that require regular walks, washing and feeding.
I enjoy getting to meet the different personalities that each dog has. Every encounter provides me with the opportunity to further my knowledge on caring for animals. I enjoy the opportunity to take dogs for walks in the available parks and providing them with love and affection while their humans are away.
