Pet/house Sitting In Pretoria @ Pretoria

I'm a student living far from home and I miss my pets, so pet sitting seemed like a great way to earn an income whilst spending time with furry friends. I've worked in an animal shelter as a teenager, and started pet sitting in my home later on. Animals have always been a passion of mine.
I grew up in a home filled with pets! I grew up with 2 cats, a Labrador retriever and a tortoise. Currently our family has three cats, a Yorkshire terrier and a rabbit. I've definitely learned the basics of pet care through these animals. My bond with my animals is very strong, even the rabbit sleeps on the bed.
I've lengthy experience with animals thanks to growing up in a house run by its pets in addition to working at a shelter for many years. At the shelter a learned to work with pets of all natures and of all health statuses. In addition to having pet skills on paper, I genuinely enjoy working with pets and will shower any animal in love.
I remember the first time I pet sit for family friend, she called to tell me that the dogs kept wandering into the guestroom where I slept to look for me, and that she has never come home to her pets and have them be so calm and happy. Knowing that the pets connected with me and that they were content with me just fills me with joy, I'd hate for a pet to be alone for a weekend or so and become depressed from missing their owners or due to lack of attention from a care taker.
