My greatest gift would get to be to have a dog of my own. My family dog was a yellow lab, named Maggie and had joy of her Love and happiness for 13 years. Maggie, was my sibling, best friend, supporter, motivator, companion and taught me unconditional love. I miss her everyday. My parents decided not to get another dog since moved to apartment and all of us have moved out. Although I strongly want a dog of my own, right now it would be selfish and until I finish my special education credential and have a place with enough space for dog to play and live freely and a secure income to be able provide best care and anything it would need to be healthy and happy it's whole life. Thus, I dog sit any chance I get and signed up with rover to hopefully get more opportunities. Getting have dogs love and companionship for any amount of time just makes everything better and brings me pure happiness. I've dog sat for little, medium and big dogs, all different ages. I love all dogs any age any type and make sure provide all love attention and any special requirements they need. Allowing you peace of mind while away knowing they're being cared for and loved just as you do.

Summary.
While your away I will come stay. It's hard enough when have leave your companion and making them go stay somewhere new, makes it that much harder. Therefore I will come stay overnight and during day and make sure your dog gets lots of love attention walks and play. This allows the dog feel more comfortable and a bond to form more naturally. I love to come and do meet and greet a couple days before owners leave (walk dog, play, go over how best take care of them and house while your gone. I'm not total stranger allowing dog feel less anxious n more comfortable knowing my voice, scent, and walking with me. I do work with students with autism from 7:55-3 Monday-Friday but will make sure to walk feed n play before work n come home right after. Also, if located close enough to my school site, We can go for quick walk, play little, and check in make sure doing ok until I get off at 3. I can be there whole time after unless have go store or run errand but never be gone more than hour or hour and a half and will always come home walk play n stay a while before leaving run errand. While at work happy leave dog in or outside whatever they like and you wish. However, I don't have heart to leave them in a crate. If it is a puppy and crate training I can follow through at night. However, during day, while I'm at work,whether puppy or adult, I will not crate. If don't wish have outside or roam free Inside then must have acess to a space they can sit stand walk play etc (gated area). I don't feel fair to put animal in a crate , I wouldn't want be in crate so why would they. In conclusion, I'll make sure they are feed, have fresh water, go on walks, play, and give them loads of love and attention. They'll miss you regardless and be happy your home, but my hope is to take mind off missing you and for myself to become part of there family and miss me when I go. That way I'll get come back the next trip! Additionally, I will make sure I either bring my own towels and sheets or that ones I use of yours are washed and folded when you arrive home. I'll make sure come back to happy dog and your home is just as was when left.
