Paw-ever Paw-pals Dog And Puppy Daycare @ West Pennant Hills

Hi, I’m Laura. I’ve grown up around dogs/ puppies, which included a border collie, Cattle dog, and Maremma. I love being with dogs/ puppies because nothing brings me more joy than seeing them happy, healthy, playing and loved!! I love being able to give them my undivided attention, care and love. ( Some people say spoil according to how I care for my own puppy, but I don’t believe you can spoil them with too much love!) I believe there’s a fine***between loving and spoiling! :) Theres nothing more satisfying and accomplishing to me than knowing puppies/ dogs are getting the high quality love and care they deserve.
I have a 10 month old Pomeranian cross Maltese terrier. She’s a very very playful, energetic, loving, cheeky little munchkin and loves people and other dogs/ puppies (as long as they’re not too much bigger than her!) she wakes up to an hour game of fetch (5 am in Summer), depending on temperature during the day she either gets lots of love while chilling at home, or she gets taken out for walks/ play time. She gets groomed every 10-14 days (consequences of being such a little fluffy fluff ball!!) and then in the afternoon in Summer, If she’s been “love-chilling” through the day she gets taken for a walk and then a game of fetch at home.
I get a lot of satisfaction knowing that I have the privilege and honour to assist others in caring for their dogs the way they would, and they get love and attention the way my girl does. Whilst in my care, the only reason I would go out is to take the dogs out/ give them attention. They get my full un-divided attention and love. I’m 100% committed and dedicated to the care, love and wellbeing of dogs/puppies, and love being able to provide the time for them that their owners may not have.
I think a big factor into people looking in to these kinds of services is due to lack of time to spend with their babies. So I think my favourite part of this is knowing that I can provide the time, care, and love owners are unable to provide as much as they would like. It also satisfies me knowing that even while owners are at work, their small to medium sized, friendly, puppy/dog can have a loving friendly playful companion in my own puppy as well as myself. Although I know sometimes it’s un-avoidable, I dread leaving my baby at home alone, and dread the thought that this happens to other dogs/puppies. So providing the space and company for your baby to have fun while you’re out is part of my passion for this work. As well as the ability to provide them with the love, care and attention you do when you’re home with them!

As this is a new career for me at the moment, I unfortunately don’t have any other current specific skills or qualifications but due to my passion for dogs/puppies I’m also looking into more education to be able to provide the best care possible.
