3) Cyberport Waterfront Park (Pok Fu Lam)

Cyberport is one of the most famous waterfront dog-friendly park. It is located at the Southside neighbourhood of Telegraph Bay. While your pubs are having fun at the lawns, you can relax and enjoy a picnic by the harbour. Taps are being provided around the area to keep the pubs hydrated. Be aware of snakes in the summer!

Penfold Park is located inside Sha Tin Racecourse and managed by the Hong Kong Jockey Club; it is open to the public on no-race-days. Please ensure that your dog is pet friendly to other dogs.

Unlike many dog parks, West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade is less restrictive and more easy going than most LCSD ( Leisure and Cultural Services Department) parks in Hong Kong. Being the latest dog park in Hong Kong, the park is one of the most scenic and dog friendly parks in Hong Kong and your dog could explore places without restrictions. However, owner should remember that this place has an on-leash rule that means that all dogs should be kept on leash except in the designated pet area.
